The Ontario government has announced the completion of construction at Confederation GO Station in Hamilton. Confederation GO Station is located near the Queen Elizabeth Way and Centennial Parkway North in Hamilton. Confederation GO Station forms part of the Niagara Extension project, which aims to increase rail services to Hamilton and the Niagara Region. Andrea Horwath, Mayor of Hamilton said: Confederation GO Station is about more than just building a station — it’s about building connections. In addition to the new Hamilton station, the province is introducing service changes across the GO network from 27 October.
