Operating from a former RAF maintenance base, Caerdav offers a competitive apprenticeship scheme. It attracts people from across the UK, providing opportunities for up-and-coming technicians and engineers. Ms Hutt's visit aimed to learn more about these opportunities and the work of the technicians. She also highlighted the importance of promoting successful Welsh businesses globally. Caerdav is one of the UK’s only truly independent, fully approved and certified aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul organisations.
