The London Ambulance Service was called just before 6pm on Wednesday (October 1) to a crash on Winston Way. An ambulance crew and a paramedic in a fast response car was sent to the scene. A patient was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital as a priority. A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 5.58pm yesterday (October 1) to reports of a road traffic collision in Winston Way, Ilford. “We treated a patient at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
