The Live Well Swindon Cancer Champions team will be out across the town in October to hand out resources and talk about the importance of breast screening and checking your breasts regularly. The team will be at Penhill Community Church Café Outreach (SN2 5DX) on Friday, October 3, from 10am to 11am. They will then head to Park North Affordable Food Club, Park North Village Hall (SN3 2RW) on Wednesday, October 8, from 2pm until 4pm. Individuals are encouraged to stop by for a chat with the team, pick up resources, and find out more about breast screening and how they can protect their health. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an international campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer.
