Opening with a black screen and the description of the injuries she sustained when hit by a car while walking with her sister, Death Cycle then switches to what appears to be a crime family meeting. One he leaves for the dead the other flickering with life he stamps to death. The suspicion is that it is the surviving sister Abby (Kristen Kaster) murdering anyone who had anything to do with the death of her sister Sara (Darcie Kaster). As a result Gerry, notionally having nothing to do with Sara’s death, also meets a grisly end. There’s not a lot of substance to Death Cycle being little more than a revenge thriller with some gory deaths.
