OURFest, Philadelphia’s National Coming Out Day festival, is back on Oct. 12 with a day-long event that runs 12 p.m.-7 p.m. OURfest is about reclaiming joy and amplifying our collective power.”This year’s OURFest theme is “Out Loud, Out Front: Power, Protection & Pride” — a call to unity among individual LGBTQ+ communities. It’s sex-positive, stigma-smashing event that centers LGBTQ+ wellness and the kink, leather and fetish community as a culture of healing, autonomy and community power. The sober space, wellness hub, decompression zone that has become a staple at Philly Pride 365 events will also be available. Resource-sharing has always been a cornerstone of the main OURFest event.
