A Seneca Falls woman is facing multiple felony charges after deputies say she showed up to serve a weekend jail sentence with several types of drugs hidden on her. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Chelsea N. Ticer on the night of Sept. 29. Investigators say Ticer arrived at the Seneca County Correctional Facility to begin a scheduled weekend sentence but was found in possession of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Hydrocodone.
