A Steuben County man is facing charges after investigators say he used someone else’s food stamp benefits without permission. The Sheriff’s Office arrested 62-year-old John A. He’s accused of using another person’s benefit card and PIN to obtain food stamps he wasn’t entitled to. The incident allegedly took place on May 19, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office. Shelf was charged with Misuse of Food Stamps and Petit Larceny.
