Webster man arrested for smashing pumpkins in Walworth

A Webster man is facing charges after deputies say he caused damage at a roadside stand in Walworth.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Mark T. Hurley just before noon on Sept. 26.
He’s accused of smashing pumpkins worth about $100 at a stand along Route 350.
Deputies say Hurley was caught in the act and taken into custody at the scene.
He was later taken to the Wayne County Jail for processing.
