Waterloo man charged with DWI and resisting arrest

A traffic stop in the early morning hours of Sept. 27 led to multiple charges for a Waterloo man, including driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
Officers say Peterman was behind the wheel despite having a revoked driver’s license.
During the stop, police determined that Peterman was intoxicated.
When they tried to take him into custody, he resisted arrest and obstructed the investigation, according to the report.
Peterman faces felony charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, as well as DWI, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
