Staggs is a brilliant family-run pub and one I know perhaps too well! Pubs like Staggs provide important community spaces where neighbours, friends and families can come together. They are vital small businesses too, supporting the local economy by employing locals and supporting tourism. Yet these vital places face pressure. That’s why I’m proud that the UK Government is taking action to support our high streets and local businesses.
