Woman admits supplying heroin and cocaine
['Court Reporter']
East Lothian Courier | News
Emma Paterson, 41, was found to be concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine from an address in the town on January 19 last year.
She was arrested and charged, and appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last week, alongside her 21-year-old co-accused Ailie McIntosh.
Paterson pleaded guilty to two offences of supplying the drugs and had not guilty pleas accepted to charges of supplying cannabis and intentionally obstructing police officers during the arrest procedure.
McIntosh, of Stoneybank Court, had her not guilty pleas to supplying heroin, cocaine and cannabis accepted by prosecutors and walked free from the dock.
Paterson, of Whitehill Avenue, had sentence on her deferred for the preparation of a criminal justice social work report to October 8.
