SACRAMENTO — In one of the lowest voter turnout elections in Sacramento County history, a few Primary Election races are still too close to call while others have been decided. With 84 percent of the precincts reporting, McCarty leads the State Assembly District 7 race with 9,351 votes. Roger Dickinson (Democrat) has a commanding lead over Dr. Richard Pan (Democrat) for the State Senate District 6 seat. Jrmar Jefferson did manage to register 2,746 votes (15.45 percent) with 95 percent of the precincts reporting. Maggy Krell tallied 29,710 votes (32.36 percent) with 82 percent of the precincts reporting.
