Twinkle Parappully, 46, of Silverdale Avenue, Westcliff, appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on Monday, charged with three offences relating to alleged sexual assaults on a female by penetration both on September 20 this year and a sexual assault on a man on October 23 last year. Parappully was working as a healthcare assistant at the hospital when the reported sexual assaults occurred and has been granted bail with "stringent conditions" including not to enter the hospital or seek employment in healthcare or education. He is due to appear at Basildon Crown Court on October 24.
