The nature of the incident is unclear at this stage. However, an arrest has been made and police are not looking for anyone else at this time, according to an officer at the scene. Police have been at the scene overnight, according to residents who have reported seeing forensics at the scene, following a large emergency services presence last night including ambulance crews.
