Eye-witnesses say Dunkirk in Newcastle was blocked off by officers following yesterday's collisions (September 22). ‌The alarm had been raised at 11.30am after a blue Hyundai Ionic hit two other cars before leaving the scene. ‌Staffordshire Police are now appealing for witnesses as they try to trace the driver. A force spokesman said: "We were called at 11.30am yesterday morning to reports that a blue Hyundai Ionic had collided with two parked cars on Dunkirk, Newcastle.
