Officers were alerted after four yobs were seen lighting fireworks in Hanley Park. It was the first of four incidents involving fireworks in the city in the space of two hours yesterday evening (September 22). ‌Two bike-riding teenagers were seen throwing fireworks at homes in Durham Drive, Normacot, at 8pm. ‌"We were called at 7.40pm to Hanley Park following reports of four people setting fireworks off.
