That’s the single biggest question following last week’s 5-0 decision by the Turner County Board of Adjustment that found Dakota Protein Solutions in violation of three conditions tied to its conditional use permit (CUP) granted by the board in September of 2021. Those violations cited by Daisy Johnson, director of equalization and zoning with Turner County, were:Failure to establish a road agreement with both Turner County and Childstown Township;Failure to maintain dust control twice annually, and;Outdoor storage of dead stock.
