Today, I salute Air Force Veteran Tameka Rushing. Tameka’s 21-year career in the Air Force gave her many lessons, structure, travel, and friendship. By the time Rushing retired, she was one rank below chief master sergeant, a rank achieved by only the top 1% of enlisted Air Force members. “Helping veterans, youth, and domestic violence survivors, that’s my passion,” Rushing said.
