Is Guadalajara Grill in Concord closing after almost 40 years in the Clayton Valley Shopping Center? We asked the restaurant, and they said they aren’t closing, but Regency Centers, the property manager, says the Guadalajara Grill building will be available for lease starting in March 2026. They even have photos on their website. Guess we’ll have to wait and see. Hopefully they’ll just move to another location.
