Cloud radio host was sentenced on Tuesday to 15 days in jail and fined more than $1000 after pleading guilty to nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.
Cloud radio host, Aaron Imholte, was sentenced Tuesday on a single count of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, which was a gross misdemeanor.
A second charge, which was a felony level charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, was dropped.
According to online court records, Imholte will be required to pay $ 1,139.00 in court fees and fines, in addition to serving a 15-day jail sentence.
