With the support of Rowan County United Way, RSS is able to provide students access to mental health services directly within the school setting. With the community’s help, Rowan County United Way has made strides toward of its goal, $1,111,111.11 million campaign, raising $234,266.25 in gifts and pledges so far — 21.1 percent of its total campaign goal. In 2024, Rowan County United Way served 60,751 individuals through 21 programs they fund. Rowan County United Way also funds the local NC 211, which made 1,759 referrals to Rowan County health & human service agencies last year.
