Up to nine homes off A4104 in Holly Green have been proposed in a Planning in Principle application. The applicants, Mr and Mrs Stone, would like to build the homes on a 2.2-acre space of land at Ryall Chase. The report said: "The site comprises agricultural land belonging to the residential property and is planted as an orchard. "The site area extends to roughly 0.9 hectares and, based on up to nine dwellings being developed and the surrounding settlement pattern, this would avoid any potential perception of overdevelopment." Currently, the application is a Planning in Principle application, meaning that, even if the application were approved, more details on the proposals would still need to be reviewed before construction begins.
