Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, while speaking on ‘Unity and Rebuilding’, during the 65th anniversary celebration of Nigeria’s Independence, which was held at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasigba, Ibadan, was one of the governors who reiterated this stance.
Similarly, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, yesterday, said that all hands must be on deck for a greater nation that people are yearning for.
Sanwo-Olu, who spoke yesterday during the nation’s 65th Independence Day celebration, held at the Lagos House, Marina, said that the government and the people must find and have faith in each other for a better Nigeria.
ALSO, Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has described his administration’s efforts in infrastructural development and social projects as vital “lifelines” designed to reconnect communities, revive the economy, and secure the state’s future.
He stated this yesterday, during the commemoration of Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary held at the Gani Fawehinmi Freedom Arcade.
