Lexington, KY – Pacing colt Shoreline Station, a son of Sweet Lou-Seaside Park, topped Wednesday’s third session of the Lexington Selected Yearling Sale at Fasig-Tipton Pavilion, selling for $275,000 to Linda Toscano, as agent. In total, Wednesday’s 229 horses sold for $11.5 million, an average of $50,445. Last year’s third session saw 219 horses sell for $10.7 million, an average of $48,881. Through three days, this year’s sale has totaled $52.5 million for 571 horses, an average of $91,977. Last year at this point, the total was $55.1 million for 563 horses, an average of $97,996.
