ROCHESTER — The Lazy Susan of retail is taking another spin to bring back the Bed Bath & Beyond brand to Rochester as Kirkland’s Home phases out again. In a complicated choreographed dance, Utah-based Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. recently paid $10 million to buy the Kirkland’s Home brand and assets from The Brand House Collective, Inc. “The excitement around the Bed Bath & Beyond brand has been undeniable with the first of many store conversions,” stated Bed Bath & Beyond Executive Chairman Marcus Lemonis of a recent store change in Tennessee. SE in the Golden Hills Retail Center will probably shift to the Bed Bath & Beyond at least by 2027. A handful of Kirkland’s stores are expected to close as part of the national changes, so that could also be a less likely possibility.
