LAKE CITY, Minn. — A Lake City man faces felony criminal sexual conduct charges for allegedly repeatedly raping an 11-year-old.
Chase Andrew Thurber, 35, faces seven felony criminal sexual conduct charges.
ADVERTISEMENTAccording to the criminal complaint filed in Wabasha County District Court, Thurber allegedly began sexually abusing a minor at his home in November 2024 through August 2025.
Thurber made his first appearance on the charges in Wabasha County District Court late Tuesday morning Sept. 23.
He is being held in Wabasha County Jail.
