Sticking with railways, on the other side of Harlow, I am campaigning to get streetlights surrounding Harlow Mill station turned back on. A number of you have contacted me about this issue, an issue which has led to people not feeling safe. Residents’ safety is hugely important to me, which is why I welcome the Government’s investment in five new neighbourhood police officers for Harlow. I recently joined officers from Harlow station in a ‘ride-along’ and I was hugely impressed by their hard work and dedication in keeping our community safe.
