"The one thing that does concern me though is in that 10 year period we've done various reports, but we've never actually had a look and done a full evaluation as to whether there has been benefit to cost reports done on that levee site, as well as saying what's worked, what hasn't worked, what do we need to improve and what do we need to stop there.
