This modern/traditional Welsh combination has clearly caught the attention of the AA, with Gorse receiving not just one, but two accolades at the AA Hospitality Awards 2025. In February, Gorse became the first restaurant in Cardiff to be awarded a Michelin Star. Then in June, it ranked inside the top 100 best restaurants in the UK at the National Restaurant Awards.
