Fifteen by Llanwern Village Hotel and Bar at The Milton Hotel in Newport has been given a five star food hygiene rating following a recent inspection. The inspectors found the hotel to be "very good" in all areas, including hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and management of food safety. The team wrote on Facebook: "We’re officially rated 5 stars for food hygiene - good food, done right, every time. Book in or pop by - you’re in safe hands." The food hygiene rating scheme, run by the Food Standards Agency, gives businesses a rating from 0 to 5 based on the standards found at the time of inspection.
