Richard Haynes, 34, was tackled to the ground on High Street in Blackwood on Saturday, July 12. He was caught with 60g of cocaine and crack cocaine worth more than £2,000. Some of the drugs were found stored in the boot of his car where he had parked near Blackwood Bus Station. He pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, two counts of possession of cannabis, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving with no insurance. The offences were committed while he was on licence after being released on licence from prison for similar matters.
