The government will be keeping track of how often individuals redeem subsidised RON95 petrol and will prevent multiple transactions from taking place on the same day. Finance Minister II Amir Hamzah Azizan said the goal is to curb the misuse and leakage of targeted subsidies once it comes into place at the end of the month.
