The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of an Independence man who allegedly failed to appear in court. Authorities confirmed that 31-year-old James Bryan Fairchild was taken into custody in Ray County on September 22. Fairchild’s initial charges involved two counts of misdemeanor non-support. He posted a $2,500 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear before the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court on October 14. Post Views: 544
