An application has been submitted to Cambridge City Council to turn 142 Tenison Road from a hotel into a private house. The rest of the hotel, 144-146 Tenison Road, is proposed to remain as a hotel. This application follows previous plans to use the entire hotel at 142-146 Tenison Road as student housing during the academic year. An application was submitted to the city council that said the rooms would still be used as a hotel in the summer holidays.
