Bloor Homes Ltd has submitted plans to Huntingdonshire District Council to build the homes on land next to St Neots reservoir in Priory Hill Road. The developers said the development will “create a gateway development to the north of St Neots” and “create a contemporary edge” to the existing area. The land where the homes could be built is around 87.3 hectares of agricultural fields and grassland in the north of St Neots. The Rowley family entrusted the Priory Hill land to Bloor Homes.
