Mr Bene has faced difficulties in communicating with DWP officials due to his lack of knowledge regarding security questions set up by the fraudster. Mr Bene has since been instructed to repay this amount to the DWP. Mr Bene has contacted his MP and written to the Information Commissioner, whilst also lodging 15 formal complaints with the DWP.
