They also claimed that the suspect was driving a vehicle near the school before they got out of the vehicle and allegedly assaulted the child, said to be a teenager and not a pupil at the school. ‌A spokesperson for South Wales Police confirmed that they were aware of the incident and were appealing for anyone who may have information that could help them in their investigation to get in contact. In a statement, a spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "Officers received a report of a child having been assaulted on Cheriton Crescent, Portmead, Swansea at 8:46am on Tuesday September 30.
