ASHLAN — Michelle Neville, a longtime employee in the human resources office at Ashland University, has been recently promoted to chief human resources officer.
“Michelle has contributed significantly to the human resources department during her 24 years at Ashland University,” said AU President Jon Parrish Peede.
“I am so thankful to have someone with her experience and integrity leading our efforts in this essential area.”As the chief human resources officer, Neville will develop and implement the university’s human resources strategy to align with its overall goals and mission and support its faculty, staff and students.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as chief human resources officer,” Neville said.
Neville is also a two-time alumna of AU, having earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education in 1995 and an MBA in human resources management in 2016.
