A Rensselaer woman accused of having dozens of dead cats in her home was back in court Wednesday morning.
Pamela Mead is facing animal cruelty charges.
Police said when they went to her Walker Street apartment to serve an eviction notice on Wednesday, they discovered dozens of cats – many of them dead and wrapped inside her freezer.
