Hurricanes in the AtlanticThe Cuban Weather Forecast Center is issuing tropical cyclone advisories for Hurricanes Humberto and Imelda, although neither poses a danger to the island. Tropical storm–force winds extend outward up to 425 km from the center. Hurricane-force winds extend outward up to 95 km from the center, and tropical storm–force winds extend outward up to 405 km.
