Roofclad Systems, a leading roofing and cladding refurbishment specialist, is merging with Midlands-based Profile Industrial Roofing to enhance its service offering and expand its UK footprint. David Clarke, former managing director of Profile Industrial Roofing, will co-lead the company alongside Roofclad Systems’ managing director Alex Tilley.
