Built with money from a 2022 school improvement bond, Holly Schools opened their new middle school for a public tour last week. The Holly Middle School building, located on the district’s Karl Richter Campus, was completed just in time for the first day of school on Aug. 25 and a ceremony was held on Sept. 25 so the public could see the new facility. “This new middle school is a source of pride for our entire community. Roper, on behalf of all of us, thank you for your vision, your persistence and your hands-on leadership,” said Eric Curl, director of staff and student relations. “Because of your efforts, what started as a community dream has become the reality we’re standing in today, this amazing new school that will serve Holly students for years to come.”The Holly district has six schools and a total enrollment of over 3,100 students.
