Kindly share this postMTN Nigeria has announced that its Dabengwa Data Centre in Lagos has received Tier III Certification for Constructed Facility from the Uptime Institute, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening digital infrastructure in Africa’s most populous nation. “This certification is a testament to the hard work, strategic focus, and collaboration across our teams and partners, in line with global best practices,” Karl Toriola, chief executive, MTN Nigeria, said in a statement. Tier III certification is a globally recognised benchmark for reliability. The Dabengwa Data Centre had previously attained the Tier III Certification for Design Documentation, making it one of only four data centres in Nigeria to hold both design and constructed facility certifications. This achievement aligns with MTN Nigeria’s Ambition 2025 Strategy, which prioritises resilient digital infrastructure as the foundation for the country’s growing digital economy.
