TALLAHASSEE, Florida — Women in HVACR (WHVACR), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration trades, announced that nominations are open for its 2026 board of directors through Oct. 31. “We are not just looking for board members, we are looking for trailblazers,” said Women in HVACR president Kristin Gallup. “The next generation of Women in HVACR leaders will help us break barriers, spark innovation and redefine what leadership looks like in our industry. We want visionaries who inspire action, empower other women and leave the HVACR trades stronger, more inclusive and more dynamic than ever before.”
