Fans were rewarded for their patience in Newcastle on Wednesday as, after lining up for her album signing, they got to meet pop icon Perrie Edwards as she arrived back in her native North East to promote her debut solo record. And her meet and greet at HMV came as the album sat at number 2 in the midweek charts. The signing came a day after it was announced that Perrie would make a surprise appearance at The Sanddancer in South Shields, with the pub telling customers to 'watch this space' for further details. Perrie was last in the North East to play the massive Come Together festival in Newcastle, as she supported Robbie Williams at the event in August.
