Despite the autumn-winter season and significant losses in manpower, weapons, and military equipment, Russian forces are not abandoning offensive operations. Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andrii Hnatov, said this in an interview with Ukrinform. "In general, despite heavy losses in personnel, weapons, and military equipment, the enemy is not giving up on continuing offensive actions. Of course, weather will play a role, since precipitation will significantly reduce terrain passability and, accordingly, troop maneuverability. According to Hnatov, given current developments, the formations created, their composition, and assigned tasks, it can be predicted that Russian forces will continue to concentrate their efforts precisely on the Pokrovsk and Dobropillia axes.
