ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Traffic is backed up on I-490 near South Winton Road in Rochester due to what seems to be a serious crash. A News10NBC photojournalist at the scene saw a black pickup truck that appears to have slammed into the back of a red SUV. Emergency crews have closed the highway to one lane.
