Bullard resident Brian Christopher Glass, who operates Glass Limitless Homes and Design, was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Smith County Jail after authorities say he allegedly spent a client’s money at casinos in Oklahoma and Louisiana, according to the Smith County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation began in January when a local couple contacted a Smith County investigator to share their experience with Glass. Glass was charged with Misapplication of Fiduciary Property >$300K with a bond set at $250,000 and booked Tuesday into the Smith County Jail. It is certainly appropriate to ask the contractor to provide quotes and/or paid receipts for all building materials.
