Paycare’s Clare Jarvis joined the company in 1985 and, over the years, has gained extensive experience across the business, holding a variety of roles within different departments. Nicola Mumford joined the team a decade ago and has held several senior positions – including Head of Operations and Head of Corporate Relationships – before taking on her current role as Director of Operations. With a strong background in financial and regulated services, Nicola plays a key role in helping lead the organisation and supporting both Policyholders and colleagues.
